 短肽基小分子自组装体系的制备、形貌表征及其应用



自组装在自然界广泛存在。从各类生物大分子(蛋白质与DNA等)到细胞,甚至是生物体(包括人类)都可以看作是由自组装体系组成。如何像大自然一样,从简单的组装单元最终实现具有各类功能的组装体;如何实现多组分的复杂自组装体系;如何理解自组装的驱动力和组装过程?这些问题一直都是科研工作者们愿意花费毕生精力去解答的问题。最终的目标是更好地模拟自然、改造自然。

国际国内的很多课题组都在自组装领域取得了优异的成果。与大多数自组装领域的课题组不同的是,本课题组在短肽类的自组装体系方面开展研究工作。选择短肽的原因是肽类的良好生物相容性和生物活性、易于合成、质量可控等。报告将首先稍微讲一部分课题组负责人在博士阶段的工作,主要是关于使用酶催化这个策略实现肽类分子的自组装,自组装的具体表现形式为水凝胶。报告随后主要讲我们从事独立科研工作后开展的工作,内容涉及自组装小分子水凝胶以及小分子自组装纳米球。在水凝胶方面包括以下方面:

1)小分子水凝胶稳定性提高的策略;2)新型成胶途径探索;3)小分子水凝胶的新用途;4)小分子水凝胶成胶因子新体系。在小分子自组装纳米球方面包括:1)酶促小分子纳米球的制备;2)基于疏水抗癌药物的纳米球;3)纳米球在基因传输等方面的应用。

课题组希望能与感兴趣的同行、专家进行广泛的交流与探讨,开展合作研究,共同作出优异的成绩。
